I’m Matt Foley, a Frederick native who set several shooting records at Thomas Johnson High School. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with hundreds of developing players and built my own coaching systems.
My shooting progressions give players a clear path from understanding the movement to practicing it with purpose. I adapt the instruction to their size, strengths, experience, and way of learning—so they know what to work on and can build confidence in their shot.

Which session is available?

Who is Shot Lab for?
This program is for players in grades 5–8 who want focused help with shooting technique, footwork, and release. If you’re unsure about fit, ask Coach Matt before registering.
What does the program cost?
The program fee is $115 for four one-hour sessions. Zone 24 processes payment through Square. Review the checkout for the final amount and any applicable checkout charges before paying.
How do I finish registration?
Select Register to open the Google registration form. Enter your parent and player details, then submit. Follow the payment instructions in the form’s confirmation message to pay through Zone 24’s Square checkout. Payment secures the spot; submitting the form alone does not complete registration.
Will this help with game shooting?
The work focuses on the mechanics and preparation behind the shot. Players learn what to practice and how to correct mistakes, with the goal of building habits they can bring onto the court. Progress depends on the player’s starting point, consistency, and practice between sessions.
